Ingredients

  • 250 large Margarine -slightly basic-
  • 300 large Sugar -neutral-
  • 5 Free-Range eggs -sour-
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar -neutral-
  • 1 bottle Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
  • 150 ml Elderflower syrup -neutral-
  • 1 can Pineapple in pieces, drained -based-
  • 400 large Corn flour, finely ground -based-
  • 100 large Corn starch -based-
  • 1 packet Baking powder

For dusting:

  • Powdered sugar -neutral-

Instructions

  • Make a "pre-dough" from the first 5 ingredients. It should be very creamy.
  • Then slowly stir in all the other ingredients until a tough dough is formed.
  • Preheat the oven in the meantime. Oil and fill the molds and bake everything at 200 ° C. The silicone mold only took about 25 minutes. The large form took about an hour. Make a knitting needle test and let it cool down. Then dust with powdered sugar and serve! Tasted wonderful in the flat share! Have fun copying!
