Small Pineapple Cake …
The perfect small pineapple cake … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 big can Pineapple slices canned
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 100 Milliliters Pineapple juice
- 180 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 50 g Soft butter
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 60 g Sifted flour
- 35 g Desiccated coconut
- Drain the pineapple well and collect the juice.
- Mix the eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in the cream and juice. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over and stir in.
- Grease a small baking pan (approx. 20 x 30 cm). Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Spread the pineapple slices on top.
- Knead crumble from butter, sugar, salt, flour and desiccated coconut and distribute evenly over the pineapple slices. Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
