Calypso orange cake with crème fraîche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 tbsp drink powder (Calypso Orange)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Stir in 2 or more tablespoons of drink powder and 1 cup of crème fraîche. Drain the mandarins and peaches and place them on the cake base. Spoon the cream over the mixture and spread it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
