Camembert Calzone

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough
  • 3 Camemberts
  • e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Camembert in pizza dough

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut about 0.5 cm off the top of each Camembert. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into three equal pieces. Place a Camembert in the center of each piece of pizza dough. Sprinkle with oregano. Fold the corners of each piece of pizza dough over the Camembert and press down firmly. Place the three Camembert calzones and the cut Camembert lids on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Both the Camembert calzones and the Camembert lids are delicious hot or cold.
