Ingredients
- 125 g Camembert
- 1 Egg
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 125 ml Beer dark
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- 2 tbsp Lingonberry jam
Instructions
- Cut the camembert into slices. Omit the two edge pieces. Mix the flour, egg, beer, salt and pepper into a smooth, not too thin dough. Pull the camembert slices through the dough.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan and bake the camembert in it for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. There were also cranberries (which were still hidden in the refrigerator when you took the photos).
