Ingredients

  • 125 g Camembert
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 tbsp Flour
  • 125 ml Beer dark
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Lingonberry jam

Instructions

  • Cut the camembert into slices. Omit the two edge pieces. Mix the flour, egg, beer, salt and pepper into a smooth, not too thin dough. Pull the camembert slices through the dough.
  • Heat the butter lard in a pan and bake the camembert in it for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. There were also cranberries (which were still hidden in the refrigerator when you took the photos).
