Meatballs in Spicy Sauce

The perfect meatballs in spicy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Minced meat
  • 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Peppers yellow
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 50 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 2 piece Fresh onions
  • 1 piece Rolls old, soaked in milk
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Oregano sprigs
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Put the oil in a saucepan and let the onions turn light yellow. Remove half of the onions for the minced meat batter. Halve the peppers, remove the core, wash and cut into strips. Add to the onions in the saucepan and fry lightly. Also add the tomatoes and vegetable stock, season with the spices. Thoroughly mix the squeezed out roll with the minced meat, the remaining onions and the cheese, and season with mustard, salt and pepper. Shape it into balls, place them next to each other in the tomato sauce, cover and let stand and serve. and
