Ingredients
- 2 Pollack fillet
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 300 g Flour
- 0,5 L Dark beer
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the fish. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, beer and eggs into a smooth batter. Pull the fish through the batter. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and pickle the fish. Hold a wooden spoon handle in the fat, if small bubbles form in the fat, the fat is hot enough (not before, because otherwise the dough will become full of fat).
