Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sesame ring, Turkish (Simit)
- 5 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce)
- 1 cup dressing, yogurt
- 1 Camembert(s) (round or oval)
- 10 slices of bacon
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- e.g. mustard
- n. B. Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
hearty fresh salad
First, wash the lettuce and peppers. Separate the peppers and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Mix everything together in a bowl with the yogurt dressing, season with a little mustard and honey, and let it sit. Then carefully “wrap” the cheese with the bacon, wrapping it so that no cheese can leak out. Briefly fry the cheese in hot olive oil and then continue frying at medium heat until the cheese just starts to melt. Serve the cheese on a plate inside the sesame ring, and arrange the salad on the plate around the ring.
