Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g Camembert(s)
- 200 g apples, e.g. B. Jonagold, Boskoop, Rubinette
- 70 g mayonnaise
- 40 g walnuts, ground or finely crushed
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, white
- e.g. powdered sugar

Wash, peel, and core the apples, then cut into approximately 1 cm cubes. Cut the Camembert into 1 cm cubes. Mix the apple and Camembert cubes with the mayonnaise (basic recipe in the database), the chopped walnuts (ground or finely crushed, depending on your preference), salt, white pepper, and a little powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with bread. Tip: The quantities vary. Mix the apples thoroughly with the mayonnaise, otherwise the apples may turn brown.
