Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of frozen Camembert(s) (2 Camemberts each), 300 g each, breaded and pre-baked
- 1 can apricot(s) (240 g drained weight)
- 250 g wild cranberries from the jar
- 50 g tomato ketchup (approx. 3 – 4 tbsp)
- Paprika powder, sweet
- possibly salt if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Arrange the Camemberts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes according to the package instructions. Drain the apricots and finely dice them. Mix with cranberries and ketchup, then season with paprika and salt, if desired. Serve with baguette and a green leaf salad.
