Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150g Camembert(s)
- 100 g strawberries, preferably small fruits
- 60 ml port wine, white
- some salt and pepper, colorful from the mill
- some leaf salad for serving
- some cream of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
a fine starter for 2 people
Cut the Camembert into small cubes. Wash and quarter the strawberries, and dice any large ones. Mix the two, add a little salt, pour over the port wine, and let it all sit for about 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, coarsely grind the pepper over the top, and garnish with a little balsamic vinegar.
