Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 250 ml milk (goat’s milk), cold
  • 2 tbsp cream, whipped stiffly
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (blueberry)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Goat milk and blueberry shake

Puree the blueberries with the sugar and vanilla. Add the goat’s milk and blend everything. Pour the drink into two glasses and garnish with whipped cream. You can spice up the drink in the evening with blueberry liqueur.
