Can You Eat a Handful of Nuts Every Day – Nutritionist’s Answer

Specialist Svitlana Fus also reminded us that nuts should be eaten raw, as they lose their properties when roasted or salted.

Nuts have many beneficial properties, but they need to be consumed properly. This was written by the famous nutritionist Svetlana Fus on her Instagram page.

The expert also noted that nuts contain many useful substances: fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The expert reminded us of the need to eat nuts raw, as they lose their beneficial properties when roasted, added salt, or sugar. The expert recommends buying nuts in their shells, as pre-purified ones oxidize quickly.

In addition, nuts help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, cancer, and, as a result, premature death. To do this, it is enough to eat a handful (20 grams) a day, however, as Fuss emphasizes, increasing the norm will not bring additional benefits.
