Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Butter, for spreading
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp cream
- Salt
- Pepper, ground white
- 25 g butter
- 16 slice(s) black pudding, (thinly sliced)
- 16 olives, stuffed with peppers
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for 16 canapés
Cut the canapés into shapes and brush with room-temperature butter. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Melt a little butter in a pan and add the eggs. Heat over medium heat, stirring with a fork until set. Top the black pudding slices with the scrambled eggs and place them on top of the canapés. Secure the olives with toothpicks.
