Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp horseradish, fresh, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 12 slices of white bread
- some butter, for spreading
- 6 slice(s) ham, (salmon ham)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the buffet
Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, season with horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the bread thinly with butter and pipe the horseradish cream onto the slices. Halve the ham and arrange it on top of the canapés.
