Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 liters of beer
  • 200 g sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 lemons, unsprayed, peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crack the eggs into a saucepan. Add the grated lemon zest, sugar, and beer and stir. Heat gently and whisk thoroughly. Remove from the heat just before boiling and whisk for a while longer. Serve in glasses.
