Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg cherry tomatoes
- 400 g onion(s), cut into rings
- 4 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 4 sprigs of tarragon
- 4 bay leaves
- 500 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 500 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions

enough for 4 glasses
Wash the cherry tomatoes. Layer them in 4 prepared jars along with the onion rings and halved garlic cloves. To each jar, add 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, 1 sprig of tarragon, and 1 bay leaf. Bring the white wine vinegar, white wine, salt, and sugar to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes and pour over the tomatoes. Seal the jars immediately. These delicious tomatoes will keep for 6 months and are a great accompaniment to cold roasts, cold cuts, and cheese.
