Quick wholemeal bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour (wholemeal spelt)
  • 500 ml water, warm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 50 g seeds of your choice (e.g. sesame, linseed)
  • 100 g apples or carrots, peeled, grated
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine flour, seeds, and peeled, grated apple or carrot. Dissolve yeast, salt, and vinegar in warm water and add to the flour mixture, stirring well. Pour the batter into a loaf pan greased with oil and place in a cold oven. Then preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Once the temperature is reached, bake the bread for approximately 50 minutes.
