Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 large jar of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 500 g cannelloni
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fill the cannelloni with it, then place it side by side in a large, shallow baking dish. Mix the cream with the sour cream and paprika sauce and spread this sauce over the filled pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes.
