Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 pancakes (recipes in the database)
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- ½ can corn
- 1 pack of Camembert(s)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with minced meat and Camembert
Drain the corn and tomatoes. Brown the minced meat in olive oil in a saucepan or deep frying pan. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the minced meat along with the corn. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 80°C (170°F). Slice the Camembert. Bake the pancakes and place one to two tablespoons of filling in the center of each. Place one or two slices of Camembert on top and fold the pancakes together. You can keep the filled pancakes warm in the oven in a casserole dish.
