Cantuccini cream cheese with peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g quark (40% fat)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp eggnog
  • 100 g cantuccini
  • 5 peaches from the can, drained
  • 50 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the quark, milk, egg liqueur, and vanilla sugar until the mixture is not too runny. If the quark mixture is still too thick, add a little more milk. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag. Press down on the freezer bag with a small pan or saucepan until the biscuits are roughly crushed. Fill a glass with a thin layer of biscuits (about 3-4 tablespoons), then add the quark mixture and then the peaches. Depending on the height of the glass, alternate the layers in the glass. Finish with the quark mixture and sprinkle with about 3 teaspoons of brown sugar.
