Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 130 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 8 sheets of white gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 8 minutes

unusual but delicious

Soak the gelatin in plenty of water for about 5 minutes. Bring the cream, sugar, and butter to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat, dissolve the cappuccino powder and the well-squeezed gelatin. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a shallow dish and let it set. Then remove the gummies from the chocolate molds or remove the mixture from the dish and cut into cubes.
