Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml water or milk
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 50 g sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until almost stiff, warm the water or milk, add the powder and sugar or sweetener, and mix well (until everything is dissolved). Once cooled, add it to the cream and mix well again. Then transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes.
