Chocolate Peanut Brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g cream cheese with chocolate, e.g. Philadelphia with Milka
  • 150 g peanut butter, creamy
  • 5 eggs
  • 175 g oil
  • 250 g sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, and 2 eggs until creamy. Combine the remaining eggs, sugar, oil, flour, cocoa, and baking powder until smooth. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture on top, then lightly marble the batter layers with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
