Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 dumplings (bread dumplings), recipes in the database
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the bread dumplings. Wash the tomatoes, then slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. In a small baking dish, alternate the dumplings, tomatoes, and mozzarella slices in a circle. Chop the basil and sprinkle over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
