Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g mozzarella (buffalo), cut into small cubes
- 150 g mascarpone
- ½ dl cream
- 150 g tomatoes (date tomatoes), diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
a variant in puree form
Blend the mozzarella cubes with the mascarpone and cream and season with a little salt. Blend the date tomatoes (or cherry or regular tomatoes) with the olive oil and a few basil leaves and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour the mozzarella, mascarpone, and cream mixture into glasses and top with the blended tomatoes. Garnish with a basil leaf.
