Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1.2 kg tomatoes
  • 500g mozzarella
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Basil and oregano, fresh
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and remove the stems. Slice or dice the tomatoes and mozzarella, depending on your preference. Place both in a bowl. Rinse the basil and oregano. Pluck the leaves from the stems and add them. Mix the ingredients and season with salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
