Capri Salad
The perfect capri salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
- 500 g Mozzarella
- Salt and pepper
- 2 bunch Basil
- 125 ml Cold pressed olive oil
- Tomatoes, wash, dry and cut into slices. Distribute on four plates. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices and serve on the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and plenty of pepper, cover with basil leaves and drizzle with oil.
