Caps Cashew Dip with Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 300 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp basil, preferably fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan

Simply combine all ingredients in a blender or hand blender and season with salt and pepper. It’s perfect for dipping or as a spread. If you don’t want it vegan, you can of course use other yogurt, although soy yogurt works particularly well with the other ingredients.
