- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp fondant (icing)
- Food coloring, green
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Shortcrust pastry cases: Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly, cut out round shapes, and blind bake in aluminum cases at 180°C for about 20 minutes (pierce thoroughly, remove filling after 10 minutes), then let cool. Alternatively, you can buy ready-made shortcrust pastry tarts. Filling: Boil the cream and butter in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir to melt. Pour the mixture into the shortcrust pastry cases, smooth it out, and let it cool to set. Glaze: Heat the fondant (available from bakeries/pastry shops) and mix it with a few drops of green food coloring. Place on the tarts and refrigerate until set.
