Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 4 large pickles
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the cucumbers, onions, and eggs. Place them in a bowl with the drained tuna. Mix the salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper together and pour over the remaining ingredients. It’s great on a sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
