Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 g paprika powder
  • 5 g chili
  • 5 g garlic, dried
  • 5 g onion(s), dried
  • 5 g oregano, dried
  • 5 g coriander powder
  • 5 g sea salt
  • 3 g turmeric
  • 5 g rosemary, dried
  • 5 g pepper
  • 5 g mustard powder
  • 3 g cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all spices. For a dip, combine 150g mayonnaise and 100g sour cream with 2-3 teaspoons of the spice mix and let it simmer. Perfect for seasoning steaks, game, poultry, and grilled fish.
