- 80 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 400 ml cream

Caramelize the sugar in a pan over medium heat, deglaze with milk and Baileys, and simmer until the caramel has dissolved. Then, refrigerate the caramel mixture to cool quickly. Once the caramel mixture has cooled sufficiently, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Then, whisk the mixture into the cream on low speed, transfer to a container, and place in the freezer.
