One-Pan Gnocchi with Pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 30 g butter
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ broccoli
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g pesto, red
  • 100 ml cooking cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in butter until golden brown and remove from the pan. Simmer the broccoli florets in the pan with a splash of water, covered, for 4-5 minutes until the water has evaporated. Return the gnocchi to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the pesto and cream and simmer until creamy.
