Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 20 g butter
Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the sugar and let it caramelize slightly while stirring (the sugar will be a bit lumpy at first, but then liquid – it will take a while, so don’t stop too soon). Then add the milk. Continue simmering the mixture until it turns light brown, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture has turned light brown, pour everything into a greased dish and let it cool slightly (to avoid burning yourself). Then cut the mixture into cubes and let the candies cool.
