Leek spaghetti

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some oil for frying
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spaghetti with leek

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel the onion and dice. Trim the leek and slice into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions. Then add the leek and fry briefly. Add the stock cube to the cup of water and break it up a little. Then deglaze the onions and leek with it. Now add the cup of crème fraîche or sour cream, mix well and simmer briefly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the cooked spaghetti, add it and fold it in. Then mix in the grated cheese, if desired, and the dish is ready.
