Caramel Fudge

 

The perfect caramel fudge recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Caramel syrup
  • 150 g Chocolate (white)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 g Brown sugar
  1. Melt the butter (125 g) in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar (250g) and dissolve while stirring constantly. Then stir in the sweetened condensed milk (400g), caramel syrup (2 tablespoons) and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon level). Then add the white chocolate (150 g) and melt while stirring.
  2. Place the mixture in a flat, rectangular shape lined with baking paper, allow to cool and place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  3. Take the fudge out of the mold and remove the baking paper. Then cut into small bite-sized pieces. You can, for example, wrap them individually in greaseproof paper, like a bonbon. Good Appetite!!
