Caramelized Carrots

The perfect caramelized carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Organic carrots
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 Pr Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Parsely
  1. Wash, peel, halve and slice the carrots. Put the butter in a saucepan and caramelize with the sugar. Stew the carrots for 5 minutes. Extinguish with water, season with salt and pepper and continue to cook for 7 minutes on a low heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Vegetable fat can also be used for vegans.
