Caramelized Carrots
The perfect caramelized carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Organic carrots
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
- 50 ml Water
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Parsely
- Wash, peel, halve and slice the carrots. Put the butter in a saucepan and caramelize with the sugar. Stew the carrots for 5 minutes. Extinguish with water, season with salt and pepper and continue to cook for 7 minutes on a low heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Vegetable fat can also be used for vegans.
