Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 300 g cream
- 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk
- 80 g Parmesan
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, fry the bacon and diced garlic cloves in a pan. Deglaze with the cream and crème fraîche. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and the egg yolk and simmer until thickened. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
