  • 1 dashes Angostura
  • Champagne or sparkling wine, to top up
  • 1 banana slice, for garnish
  • 1 pineapple piece, for decoration
  • 1 cherry(s) (cocktail cherry), for decoration

Summer hit

Pour the rum, liqueur, and Angostura into a champagne glass, top with champagne or sparkling wine, and stir gently. Garnish with a banana slice, pineapple chunk, and cocktail cherry.
