Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bulbs of fennel
  • 6 tsp salad cream
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fennel – green or mixed chopped herbs of your choice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy

Cut the fennel into thin strips. Mix the salad cream, milk, vinegar, and herbs to make a dressing and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the fennel strips.
