Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 6 tsp salad cream
- 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fennel – green or mixed chopped herbs of your choice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar, to taste

quick and easy
Cut the fennel into thin strips. Mix the salad cream, milk, vinegar, and herbs to make a dressing and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the fennel strips.
