Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g beef
- 50 g mountain cheese
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of white bread
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the beef into 4 very thin slices (preferably frozen briefly beforehand). Place each slice on a plate greased with oil, sprinkle with thinly shaved cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with toasted white bread.
