  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g Gorgonzola (sweet)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Tomato salad in a spicy-mild style

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stems, and then dice them. Add them to the salad bowl. Crumble or slice the Gorgonzola into a bowl and mix with the balsamic vinegar until smooth. Gradually stir in the sour cream until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and add to the tomatoes. Mix well before serving—done. The salad is quite filling, making it a great side dish, for example, to meat or fish dishes or for grilling.
