- 3 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of ground elder
- 1 shot of oil
- 1 shot of vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- some salt and pepper
- n. B. Herbs and flowers to taste

delicious salad with local wild herbs
First, clean the carrots and apples, peel if necessary, and coarsely grate them into a bowl using a grater. Finely chop or chop the ground elder and mix in. Add the sugar, oil, and vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. If desired, you can sprinkle other herbs or edible flowers, such as daisies, on top for decoration. If you don’t have ground elder, you can substitute other herbs, such as parsley.
