Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large kohlrabi
- 4 large carrots
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and finely chop the kohlrabi and carrots. Blend both in a blender. Combine in a bowl with the eggs and breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Form the mixture into patties. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Serve with herb curd and salad.
