Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 5 potatoes
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oil
- possibly roux
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the carrots. Brown the ground beef in a little oil, then add the potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the carrots and fry for about 10 minutes. Deglaze everything with the stock and simmer for about 30 minutes. Finally, add the cream and season generously with the spices. If the sauce hasn’t thickened properly, thicken with a little roux.
