Carrot and Orange Salad to Go

The perfect carrot and orange salad to go recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Organic carrot
  • 1 piece Organic orange
  • Linseed oil
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • Dried organic sour cherries
  1. Grate the carrot and season with a little white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Then peel the orange and cut the pieces into small slices and fold in. Stir in a little linseed oil. I halved the dried sour cherries and put them on top. Pour into the glass and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. I took the glass to the office and put it in a cool place. Tastes wonderfully refreshing when it is slightly cool and is nice and juicy. Stir again before eating and eat straight from the glass. You can also leave out the sour cherries.
  3. Easy and quick to prepare, the amount of carrot to orange should be about the same.
