Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 serving of pizza dough for one baking tray
- n. B. Cream cheese, optionally with herbs (approx. 300g)
- 2 carrots
- ½ bell pepper, red or yellow
- possibly vegetables of your choice or sauces, etc.

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Fast, healthy and vegetarian!
First, roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and fold over a small edge. This should be about 1 cm thick. Then spread the cream cheese evenly over the base of the pizza. This should replace the tomato sauce. Next, grate the carrots and spread them evenly over the pizza. Also, arrange the peppers, which you previously cut into small strips. You can add other vegetables if you like. Now place the pizza on the middle rack of the oven at 175°C for about 25-30 minutes.
