Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 100 g zucchini
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp rosemary, chopped
- ½ tsp oregano, chopped
- some salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- some oil for frying

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian vegetable rösti
Peel the carrots. Grate the carrots and zucchini. Mix the grated carrots with the flour, egg, rosemary, and oregano. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form 4 rösti and fry in hot oil for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
