Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 50 g tomato paste
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 10 leaves of basil, chopped
- salt and pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and peel the carrots, and grate them very finely. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. If desired, stir in a little oil until smooth.
